Master Class Inspired by inspirED Youth Leadership Lab

3 Scholars from Frederick Douglass Academy III attended the inspirED Youth Leadership Lab in February and developed a change idea to improve the climate and culture of FDA III.

In response to this idea, Spark House conducted a master class for scholars to explore their culture and take pride in their identities. Their hope was for their learning community to create an environment that empowers scholars through self-expression, art, and the exposure of People of Color.
